We are EAN - Aircraft Sheet Metal Modeling , a small family business specialized in sheet metal modeling, assembly and recovery of aircraft hoods. We are located in the city of Birigui/SP and have been operating in Brazil since 1988.

We model the plates and make the necessary parts for the complete assembly of the hoods.

Buying parts abroad is often bureaucratic and somewhat time-consuming. Our budget is made quickly and with relatively shorter delivery times, made through carriers and airlines.

The raw material we use is imported, but all parts are manufactured and assembled by our company. This reduces costs relatively compared to a parts import operation.

WHO WE ARE
EAN is a small family-owned company specializing in the shaping of plates, assembly and recovery of hoods of various models of light single-engine and twin-engine aircraft. It started its activities in 1988, in the city of Birigui / SP.
But the story started long before, in 1961, when Edimilson Azevedo Novais (owner), then 16 years old, got his first job in a small aircraft maintenance shop in the same city. A few years later, under a new direction, it was renamed BMA - Birigui Manutenção de Aeronaves.

Baiano. as he became known, he remained there until 1988, when, 27 years after starting his aviation business, he decided to open a small workshop. Then came the EAN, which are the initials of its name. A few years later he had the help of two of his sons, who work with him to this day.
In Brazil, due to the lack of specialized labor, it did not take long for his work to be recognized in the market, since, at the beginning, it presents a high quality, with relatively lower prices in relation to imported parts.
Currently the company is known in Brazil, and also in neighboring countries, as one of the references in the modeling of plates for aircraft.
Today, Edimilson (Baiano) and his two sons continue to work in the same place where 37 years ago the dream of setting up a small company came true.
